Dear Sir/Madam,
I recently tested your Beta Homepage and found that the ability to reach the news, sport and weather headlines were simple and only took a click of a button. The what's on tab allowed me access to not only TV schedules for the upcoming weeks and times, but also radio schedules and the opportunity to play them live. However when I attempted to use the search bar to query exchange rates, I was faced only with relevant news stories and not an exchange rate function itself. However it did redirect me to a useful website that did it for me.
Yours faithfully,
Rosie Leavy.
I looked at Max's prototype so far, he had a clear layout that made it easy to locate where you wanted to go. Once on the individual pages, the layout was easy to read and clearly seperated the text and directions on how to view the tutorial video, which opened in another window. There will also be a multiple choice quiz at the end of the product that will test the user's knowledge of the sport. Max also reviewed my prototype and completed my tasks of accessing the title page, question one and then selecting both a corrent and incorrect answer. He reviewed the first three tasks as followed;
1. Get to the title page – Easy and clearly shown.
2. Get to question one – Clearly located with one button shown in the bottom right of screen.
3. Select an incorrect answer (teacher) – Pages link well and the correct text is shown when the answer is wrong.
He then verbally gave me feedback from completing further tasks and told me that it was all easy to do, and clearly shown on the screen- which will be suitable for my users of a young age. I therefore will not make any major changes to my prototype as no problems were outlined, however when Max was testing I noticed a small problem with one of my animations that I will fix next time.
